Cryo Tubes

Designed for the storage of biological material, human or animal cells, at temperatures as low as -190°C. The cap features a long skirt for one hand aseptic techniques, a super fast thread design that allows tightening or removal with a mere 1-1/4 turn, and a thread design that will not contribute to possible contamination. A specially designed lip inside the cap provides a leakproof seal even at very low temperatures. These cryotubes are also available with an exclusive silicone seal fitted at the base of the cap to ensure a positive seal.

Cryo-MicroTubes
The Cryo-Micro Tubes are designed for use all around the lab. Ideal for freezer storage, boiling applications, and centrifugation (they fit most standard microcentrifuge rotors).

The cap is molded with a deep internal lip that fits snugly against the interior wall of the tube preventing the contents from coming in contact with the seal or threads, thereby reducing the chances of sample contamination. Tubes and caps are made of heavy wall construction and built to last. They can withstand high speed centrifugation up to 17,000rpm or 13,000 x g.

Cryo Tube Storage Boxes
Made of extra strong polycarbonate, these durable cryogenic storage boxes are designed to be used at temperatures from -190°C to +121°C and are autoclavable. Different models are available to accommodate either 81 or 100 CryoTubes from 1ml to 5ml.

A transparent lid allows the user to see the contents of the box, and is keyed to the base to prevent misalignment. The surface of the lid is printed with a numbered grid and can be written on using markers for better inventory control. The boxes are stackable and also compatible with metal freezer racks.
