Uniquely designed to offer increased vial storage capacity in convenient box-type storage racks and the lower operating costs normally associated with round canister-type storage. The RackSystems are available in four convenient sizes, offering vial storage capacities ranging from 750 x 2ml vials to 4800 x 2ml vials. Storage boxes available in both cardboard and plastic.

Material to be stored in the cryogenic refrigerators is placed in the racks which are suspended from the top of the unit and immersed in liquid nitrogen or cold nitrogen vapor. When immersed in liquid itrogen storage, temperatures are -196°C. Vapor-phase temperatures above the liquid will vary.
